We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead strategic projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive high-impact initiatives that ensure adherence to industry regulations, contributing to the long-term growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Projects – Manage and oversee regulatory compliance projects from initiation to closure. Ensure projects align with industry standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining best practices in project management.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while meeting compliance requirements.
- Risk Management – Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to regulatory compliance, ensuring proactive strategies are in place to minimize disruptions and project delays.
- Monitor & Report Progress – Track project performance, quality, and progress. Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders (including C-Level executives) to ensure transparency and regulatory alignment.
- Foster Innovation – Create a solution-oriented and dynamic environment that encourages innovation while maintaining compliance and contributing to business growth.
- Post-Implementation Support – Oversee post-implementation activities, including project evaluation, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer, driving continuous improvement in compliance processes.
Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications – PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management credential preferred.
- Experience – 5 to 10 years of senior-level project management experience, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
- Regulatory Knowledge – Strong knowledge or interest in regulatory requirements.
- Tools & Software – Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Proven Track Record – Demonstrated success in delivering regulatory compliance projects on time and within budget.
- Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to thrive in complex regulatory environments, demonstrating strong adaptability and resilience.
- Communication & Collaboration – Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working with C-Level executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Quality & Client-Oriented – Strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Independent & Fast Learner – Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and quickly grasp new concepts and challenges.
Preferred Language Proficiency:
- Dutch or French – Professional working proficiency (preferred)
- English – Full professional proficiency (mandatory)
