We are seeking an experienced Project Implementation Manager to support a high-profile digital transformation initiative. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities related to user equipment implementation and migration across multiple international locations.

This is a hands-on role within an Agile/Scrum environment, requiring strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and technical documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate project implementation activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
  • Lead site implementations, collaborating with stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Track, monitor, and report on project progress, producing detailed status updates.
  • Organize, facilitate, and document project meetings, including agenda preparation and action follow-ups.
  • Manage project documentation and SharePoint portals, ensuring effective knowledge sharing.
  • Provide administrative and operational support in planning, execution, and monitoring of work packages.
  • Assist in writing official reports, letters, and project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring smooth transition and integration of new services.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects across distributed teams.

ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (minimum 3 years).

Agile/Scrum Methodology: Hands-on experience in an Agile project environment (minimum 3 years).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and JIRA. Knowledge of modern data center technologies is a plus.

Strong Communication: Ability to write concise reports and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Security Clearance Required: NATO SECRET
