We are looking for a skilled Process Service Management Expert to join our team and contribute to the optimization and management of service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and adoption of operational best practices for service management processes.
  • Contribute to defining process strategies and ensure alignment across all services and processes.
  • Ensure processes are fit for purpose, standardized, and effectively implemented.
  • Manage centralized and integrated toolset solutions for service delivery.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for process owners and controllers.
  • Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the processes.
  • Maintain and update process documentation within the knowledge management system.
  • Organize regular process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT service management standards (e.g., ITIL, IT4IT).
  • Proven experience in implementing processes in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Proficiency in planning methodologies and data analysis.
  • Advanced skills in forecasting and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Mandatory Certifications

  • ITIL4 Managing Professional certification.
  • ITILv3 Intermediate/Expert/MACL certification.

Other Preferred Certifications:

  • IT4IT certification.
  • UML, BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Modeling).
  • OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB).
