We are looking for a skilled Process Service Management Expert to join our team and contribute to the optimization and management of service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and adoption of operational best practices for service management processes.
- Contribute to defining process strategies and ensure alignment across all services and processes.
- Ensure processes are fit for purpose, standardized, and effectively implemented.
- Manage centralized and integrated toolset solutions for service delivery.
- Define roles and responsibilities for process owners and controllers.
- Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the processes.
- Maintain and update process documentation within the knowledge management system.
- Organize regular process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of IT service management standards (e.g., ITIL, IT4IT).
- Proven experience in implementing processes in complex, multi-site environments.
- Proficiency in planning methodologies and data analysis.
- Advanced skills in forecasting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Mandatory Certifications
- ITIL4 Managing Professional certification.
- ITILv3 Intermediate/Expert/MACL certification.
Other Preferred Certifications:
- IT4IT certification.
- UML, BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Modeling).
- OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB).
