At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a highly qualified Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist. This role is perfect for an experienced professional with a strong background in IAM solutions and IT security, who is eager to contribute to the optimization and development of our IAM systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- IAM Solution Management: Operate, optimize, and further develop our IAM solution, which includes Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID, as part of a collaborative IAM team with diverse expertise.
- Project Collaboration: Participate in projects to integrate new services into the IAM systems to ensure seamless connectivity and security.
- Authorization Concepts: Advise business and project teams on the development of authorization concepts for applications to ensure compliance and security.
- System Administration: Manage and support Active Directory and related programs, maintaining system integrity and performance.
- System Changes: Implement and document system changes, ensuring accurate records and compliance with standards.
- Technical Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for employees to efficiently resolve complex issues.
- Audit Response: Respond to audit requests, providing detailed and accurate information.
- External Coordination: Coordinate and manage external IT service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with IAM and IT security solutions.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft Identity Manager, Cloud Identity Providers (e.g., Okta), Microsoft Entra ID, Privileged Access Management.
- Experience with PowerShell is an advantage.
- Completed engineering degree, degree in (technical) computer science, or equivalent education.
- Experience with cloud-based services and technologies from AWS and Azure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT security standards and IT processes.
- Very good German and English skills.
