We are looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist to join a dynamic and international team.
Important: Only candidates with EU citizenship are eligible for this position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set up and improve knowledge management processes.
- Work with different teams to support knowledge sharing.
- Use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or wikis.
- Apply ITIL best practices to organize and structure knowledge.
- Write and organize clear, useful documentation.
Required Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in knowledge management.
- Good understanding of ITIL principles.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Wiki).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification (preferably in Knowledge Management or Service Operations).
Nice to Have:
- Experience leading knowledge-related projects.
- Experience in training or coaching others on KM best practices.
