Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of ICT projects within a highly regulated, international public-sector environment. The successful candidate will manage complex software and infrastructure initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple ICT projects, ensuring compliance with organizational project management standards.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, risk management, communication, stakeholder alignment, and reporting.
  • Produce and maintain all project documentation, including detailed project plans and up-to-date Gantt charts.
  • Monitor and report project progress, budget, and resources to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective collaboration between internal departments and third-party providers.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, including timely escalation where necessary.
  • Support governance activities through regular checkpoints, boards, and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet business needs in terms of scope, quality, time, and cost.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 9 years of experience in project management.
    • At least 5 full-lifecycle projects delivered, including commercial software deployments, incremental delivery, ICT infrastructure, and/or third-party integrations.
    • Minimum 5 years working in international and/or EU-level environments.
    • Minimum 5 years working within regulated public/government sectors.
    • Minimum 5 years using project management tools such as MS Project.

Desirable Experience:

  • End-to-end delivery of at least one Identity and Access Management (IAM) project.
  • Experience with EU public procurement/tendering and contract management.
  • Knowledge of IAM technologies, virtual infrastructure, containers, and secure connectivity solutions.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project planning and estimation techniques.
  • Advanced use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint for visual timelines.
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PM² – intermediate level or higher).
  • Proven experience with software integration projects involving enterprise service bus and external service providers.
