As an Agile Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Java-based middleware applications remain responsive, available, and reliable. These applications are central to various banking services, making them critical to the success of our broader financial ecosystem.
Your challenges
- Managing the complexity of multiple interdependent banking applications.
- Ensuring high-quality standards in development, documentation, and testing.
- Facilitating clear communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
✅ Define business specifications and user stories.
✅ Create functional analysis documents.
✅ Design and optimize business processes while aligning stakeholders.
✅ Identify dependencies and risks.
✅ Define release and test strategies.
✅ Contribute to change management, architectural alignment, and legal compliance.

What we’re looking for technical skills
- Strong knowledge of development languages in the domain.
- Solid understanding of architecture (hardware, OS, networking, databases, middleware).
- Familiarity with security standards, development methodologies, and tools.
- Experience integrating distributed and mainframe technologies is a plus.
Business & soft skills
- Agile methodology knowledge is required.
- Experience in banking, especially investment markets, is a plus.
