AISB-304 Network Administrator (NAD)

Brussels, Belgien

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Network Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, including telecommunication and/or computer systems, to meet the communication needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate network components.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network-related issues.
  • Ensure communication performance, recovery, and security meet agreed service standards.
  • Use network management tools to assess network load and model performance statistics.
  • Monitor network traffic to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Install and upgrade network components, including network monitoring solutions.
  • Conduct tests and ensure successful upgrades.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of networks, network administration, and communication protocols (WAN, (W)LAN, VLAN, etc.).
  • Expertise in network security, VPN implementation, and encryption techniques.
  • Proficiency in operating network devices and services, including routers, switches, load balancers, accelerators, firewalls, and encrypted communication devices.
  • Knowledge of network monitoring tools.

Technical Certifications:

  • CCDP/CCNP, CCNA, CCDE/CCIE, CCAr, or relevant certifications in F5, Juniper, Palo Alto.
  • BIG-IP Certified Administrator.
  • BIG-IP LTM Specialist: Maintain and Troubleshoot.
  • BIG-IP LTM Specialist: Architect, Set up, Deploy.
  • SANS certification related to Network Security.
