We're hiring a Print Services Engineer to support secure enterprise-level printing services in a mission-critical, high-security environment. This on-site role plays a vital part in managing and maintaining infrastructure that supports both daily operations and specialized exercises across multiple Belgian locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support advanced secure printing solutions (e.g. "Follow Me" printing via uniFlow).
- Maintain and troubleshoot multiple remote print servers and printing infrastructure.
- Provide high-level technical support aligned with ITIL practices and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary IT teams and follow strict change and configuration processes.
- Respond promptly during on-call periods and adhere to traceability and accountability protocols.

Deliver consistent quality across 12 work packages annually, including reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Clearance: NATO COSMIC Top Secret (or in process).

Experience:
- 5+ years in enterprise printing systems (preferably with uniFlow).
- 5+ years managing remote print infrastructures.
- 3+ years with ITIL and service documentation (SOPs/SOIs).
- 2+ years with network troubleshooting and working in multinational environments.
- Military exercise/ops printing support is a strong plus.
