At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Support with a passion for data management and analytics to join our dynamic team. Your mission will be to design and improve analytical solutions, structure and visualize strategic data, and support our clients in making informed decisions based on reliable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage reporting and data visualization solutions (OBIA, OTBI, OBIEE, Power BI).
- Ensure data governance and optimize monitoring and continuous improvement processes.
- Support survey and ad hoc analysis activities (e.g., employee feedback, sick leave analysis).
- Lead and contribute to initiatives for improving analytical tools and monthly reporting processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to structure and present complex information in a clear and actionable manner.
Your Profile
- Analytical mindset with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools: Oracle BI, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Structured and organized approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project management and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to work independently and seek necessary information.
- Experience in data science or automation is an asset.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
