AISB-311 Business Process Analyst

Are you passionate about shaping organizational processes, driving security initiatives, and ensuring business continuity? We're looking for a Business/Process Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to critical projects aligned with the NIS2 Directive and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Your Role

As a Business/Process Analyst, you will:

  • Act as a process expert in security-led workshops, integrating risk-related activities into business processes.
  • Document current (AS IS) and target (TO BE) processes in a structured manner, providing both a comprehensive overview and detailed activity-level descriptions.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops to identify business needs, clarify objectives, and resolve organizational challenges.
  • Ensure that documented processes are integrated into the company’s enterprise-wide process map, including assessments of criticality.
  • Adapt to various project requirements and provide support as needed.
  • Work onsite at least three days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record as a process analyst (3–5 years), with expertise in documenting AS IS processes, defining KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
    • Strong background as a business analyst in projects related to information security.
    • Experience organizing and facilitating workshops with business experts.
    • Familiarity with working in a Distribution System Operator (DSO) environment is an asset.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
    • Strong documentation skills using the BPMN standard.
    • Fluency in French at a C2 level.
    • Solid command of the MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge:
    • Background in projects linked to the NIS Directive or Business Continuity Planning.
