Key responsibilities:
- Design and improve end-user experience: Lead initiatives to enhance and promote the adoption of Teams Premium and CoPilot, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Reporting & monitoring: Develop and refine reporting tools and monitoring processes to track performance and usage metrics.
- Continuous improvement: Collaborate on projects aimed at continuously improving our Microsoft365 services, particularly focusing on user engagement and satisfaction.
- Feature enhancements: Conduct thorough requirements analysis and design innovative enhancements for Microsoft365 features.
- Change management: Plan and execute effective change management activities for SharePoint and other M365 applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Testing: Oversee system and user acceptance testing to ensure high standards of performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Microsoft365 expertise: Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft365 user-facing applications.
- Change & project management: Strong change management skills combined with project management expertise, ideally supported by leading certifications.
- Communication & stakeholder management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work remotely with occasional visits to our client's facilities in Luxembourg, especially at the start of the engagement.
