Join us as a Chapter Lead, spearheading the product management of the middleware layer within a dynamic public administration ecosystem. You'll oversee a cluster of approximately 10 squads, each led by dedicated Product/Service Owners, to orchestrate the development, optimization, and maintenance of our critical middleware services.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in middleware product management within large-scale environments.
- Skills: Proficiency in middleware technologies, exceptional leadership, and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Requirements: EU citizenship, fluency in English (proficiency in other European languages is advantageous).
