We provide cutting-edge solutions for enterprise identity management, focusing on establishing a Zero Trust framework for our clients. Our preferred software alternatives include Saviynt, CyberArk, and Microsoft AzureAD, specializing in Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
What you'll do:
As a Saviynt Developer, you will:
- Implement the IGA model for external users and manage the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes for users.
- Support and configure systems for integration, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Create and coordinate Saviynt support tickets on behalf of our clients, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Conduct meetings with Saviynt's technical teams to align on solutions.
- Collaborate with the client's Information Management (IM) team to implement effective technical solutions.
- Maintain, support, and document the current Saviynt configuration across development, pre-production, and production systems.
What we're looking for:
General characteristics:
- EU citizens preferred; a valid work permit for Germany or the EU is required.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); proficiency in any other EU language is a plus.
- Ideally, you reside in Germany, particularly in the Köln/Bonn or Rhein-Main region, to facilitate client visits when necessary.
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible personal work ethics.
- Strong fit for a multicultural work environment with excellent communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education (minimum 3 years).
Professional experience:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in IAM or IGA solutions, with recent experience acquired within the last 6 years.
- Ideally, you hold certifications relevant to your field.
- 2 years of experience in business analysis is desirable.
Technical experience:
- Proficient knowledge of the Saviynt tool, including its functionality and interface.
- Basic reporting skills and knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to collect and analyze business requirements and translate business rules into Saviynt artifacts.
