Pega UX Functional Analyst

- Languages: Fluent English (minimum B2); any additional EU language is a plus

- Certifications: Pega CSA and UI certified (version 8.5 or later).
- Flexibility: You should be adaptable in your work ethic, capable of managing varying workloads and timelines.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication abilities are essential for engaging with users and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
As our Pega UX Functional Analyst, you will:
- Lead UX research: Drive the research, design, and implementation of Pega applications based on Pega’s design system.
- Configuration review: Analyze Pega application configuration from a UX best practices perspective.
- Experience design: Leverage the Pega design system to create exceptional user experiences.
- Mock-Ups: Develop mock-ups for Pega application components to enhance visibility and facilitate decision-making.
- User feedback: Gather constant feedback from users and stakeholders, integrating insights into solutions.
