Your Role:

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the go-to person for your colleagues, ensuring seamless IT operations so they can focus on their core responsibilities. If you are solution-oriented, enthusiastic about solving complex issues, and enjoy working with diverse people, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd level support to your colleagues.
• Manage the Incident & Problem Management process daily.
• Log support requests in the IT ticketing system and track their status to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate constantly with 3rd level specialists.
• Utilize analysis and monitoring tools effectively.
• Independently handle hardware rollouts, maintenance tasks, and installations.

What you bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT user support.
• A passion for IT and being a reliable team player.
• A dynamic ability to learn new processes quickly.
• Expertise in the Windows client environment: Windows 10, Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel), file and directory rights management, remote desktop tools, and remote deployments.
• Basic experience with Windows Server and networking knowledge.
• Fluency in English and mandatory fluent German. Other languages are a plus.
