We are seeking a talented and experienced Engineer specializing in Wireless Communications (WiCom) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects involving Mobile Infrastructure, SATCOM, and Wireless Communications. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining communication systems, ensuring integrated and interoperable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to acquisition projects, including technical specifications, implementation oversight, and acceptance testing.
- Participate in scientific programs and mobile infrastructure projects involving SATCOM and Wireless Communications.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for wireless communications in VLF, HF, VHF, and UHF bands.
- Maintain and update documentation and Solution Architectures for communication systems.
- Plan, prepare, and host technical meetings, conferences, and demonstrations.
- Contribute to trials, prototypes, test bed applications, and demonstrations of wireless communication technologies.
- Ensure alignment with operational requirements and propose innovative technical solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in radio communications. Alternatively, 6 years of progressive expertise in related roles.
Technical Expertise:
- Modern digital communication techniques, protocols, and standards.
- Design and testing of communication networks, including IP networks.
- Modern wireless networking techniques and standards.
- Proficiency in modulation, digital signal processing, and security techniques.
- Familiarity with current commercial and military wireless technologies.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in writing, reviewing, and analyzing technical documents.
- Strong oral and written communication, including briefing capabilities.
- roblem-solving and analytical skills to translate operational requirements into practical solutions
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in field trials and laboratory evaluations.
- Knowledge of Federated Mission Networking (FMN) service design.
- Basic understanding of ITIL, COBIT, or eTOM for Service Management.
- Familiarity with architecture modeling languages (UML, SysML, ArchiMate) and frameworks (TOGAF, DODAF, Zachman).
- Project management methodologies.
- Previous experience in international environments.
Working Conditions
- Full-time on-site role .
- Work may occasionally involve travel to austere locations or outdoor settings.
