Mission Context:

As a Scrum Master, you will be a key figure in ensuring the smooth progress of our projects within the Scrum framework, enabling teams to achieve exceptional results and deliver optimal value to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Project Follow-up & Facilitation:

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure timely milestones are met and Scrum methodology is fully understood and applied by the team.
• Provide continuous support to the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog.
• Track key metrics (capacity, velocity) to monitor team progress and ensure optimal planning.

Coaching & Team Support:

• Coach and guide the team, fostering self-organization and overcoming challenges.
• Protect the team from internal and external distractions, ensuring they stay focused on the goals.
• Act as an ambassador for agile methodologies, influencing the company’s agile practices.
• Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of Scrum deployment.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and continuously improve the process.

What You Bring to the Team:

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

Technical Expertise:

• Familiarity with agile reporting tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of automated unit testing, functional testing, and continuous integration tools.
• Deep understanding of software development and project management methodologies.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to think beyond day-to-day objectives and align actions with the broader IT strategy.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

• Scrum Master Certification (Required).
• Fluency in English; French and Dutch are a plus.
