EUDAMED provides an essential overview of the lifecycle of medical devices in the European Union (EU). This platform helps improve transparency, enhances access to information for the public and healthcare professionals, and supports coordination between EU Member States. You will be at the heart of this important initiative, providing top-tier support to a wide range of stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- First Point of Contact: Provide expert support to end-users for all EUDAMED-related inquiries.
- Manage User Requests: Analyze, categorize, prioritize, and delegate incoming requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure Quality Follow-Up: Maintain communication with users, follow up on requests, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Provide High-Quality Service: Adhere to best practices (ITIL) in handling requests, ensuring thorough documentation and excellent service.
- Maintain Knowledge: Regularly update internal documentation to ensure accurate information and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with various teams, from technical experts to policymakers, to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- Customer Service Excellence: You are dedicated to providing exceptional support to users.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with support ticketing systems, Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), and MS Office/365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Desirable Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles related to EU regulations, and knowledge of EU institutions or health policy would be an advantage.
- ITIL Experience: Experience working in or familiarity with an ITIL environment is a bonus.
- Fluency in English: Excellent oral and written communication in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
