Level 1 Support Technician (Bilingual French/Dutch)
Are you passionate about technology and service? We're looking for a Level 1 Support Technician to strengthen our support team and help our customers use our solutions.
This position requires a perfect command of French and Dutch, or at least an excellent level in one of the languages with proficiency in the other.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist our clients by phone, email, or chat, answering their questions and resolving their first-level technical issues.
- Diagnose incidents and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring regular follow-up until resolution.
- Document requests and solutions in our incident management system.
- Collaborate with advanced support teams and technical teams to escalate more complex incidents.
Desired Profile:
- You hold a degree in IT or have equivalent experience in technical support.
- Strong communication skills, listening ability, and a pedagogical approach.
- Bilingual in French/Dutch or excellent command of one language and good proficiency in the other.
- Good command of IT tools and an interest in new technologies.
- Motivated by customer satisfaction with a strong sense of problem-solving.
