Application Support Agent

ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is seeking a full-time Application Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for a critical online platform that integrates various electronic systems to manage and process information effectively. This platform aims to enhance transparency, facilitate access to information for the public and professionals, and ensure better coordination between different entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all communications with end-users adhere to service procedures and agreed performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide support to all stakeholders in accordance with ITIL best practices, handling and documenting all requests and feedback.
- Analyze XML files, identify errors, research potential causes, perform tests, and report findings.
- Keep internal knowledge up to date by documenting all relevant information.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the XML markup language.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Previous experience in end-user support for information systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems; knowledge of Atlassian JIRA is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, HTML, or CSS is a plus.
