Senior UX Researcher
As a UX Researcher, you will be part of a Scrum Agile team working on digitalization efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX research activities and document them in our Research repository.
- Prepare and conduct workshops on functional framing, ideation, and co-design with stakeholders.
- Collect user insights and feedback using appropriate research methods (on-site observations, interviews, user tests, surveys, literature review, etc.).
- Create personas and experience maps based on user research and data.
- Define and evaluate interaction models through measurable criteria.
- Identify and improve business processes and user journeys.
- Develop storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
- Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to UI Designers and Developers.
- Participate in broader UX Chapter activities such as feedback and knowledge sharing sessions.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 7 years of experience in design thinking within agile project contexts.
- 7 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- 3 years of experience with interaction design and information architecture.
- Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes in Figma and user flows.
- Attention to detail and high standards in delivered work.
- Proficient in design software (Figma) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Miro).
- Experience using a design system in Figma is a plus.
- Familiarity with the research tool Condens is a significant advantage.
