• Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
• Supervise and support a team of sourcers, ensuring careful follow-up and fostering their professional development.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from preselection to offer negotiation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner.

Profile:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, with particular expertise in sourcing and talent selection.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
• Fluency in French and English, German would be an additional advantage.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
