Philippe Houssier
Partner - Sales & Business Development
Philippe Houssier is in charge of sales and business development.
Following a brief scientific career, this geographer from the University of Liege became a consultant in Geographic Information Systems for Siemens in 1990. During his time with the group, he held various positions including account manager for European institutions and Director General of Siemens IT-solutions in Luxemburg. He joined ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS in June 2012, and has made a significant contribution to the company's growth by setting up Solutions and expertise provision departments.
He attaches great importance to the definition of a precise, ambitious vision, and a defined, supervised strategy. Naturally dynamic, he is determined, creative, and stays well informed about innovations. He is committed to quality and aims to provide a service which exceeds our customers' expectations.
Frédérick Georges
Partner - Administration & Control
Frédérick Georges is responsible for Administration and Control.
Having recently graduated from the University of Liege (HEC), Frédérick joined the management of ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS in 2003. He quickly became a lynchpin of the company. His business management training and his negotiating skills led him to take charge of finances. His listening skills and more generally, his people skills resulted in him also focussing on internal processes and human resources.
Tireless, proud of playing his part in the growth of ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS and its subsidiaries, he believes in the power of continuous improvement, and clear, efficient organisation, within which every employee can give the best of themselves.
Stephan Radermacher
Partner - Sales & Business Development Germany
Stephan Radermacher is in charge of sales and business development at ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS in Germany.
Since 2004, this multilingual manager graduated from University of Liège (HEC) has held a variety of positions in business development, sales and marketing in different countries across Europe, working for software publishers and integrators, and for industrial companies.
He was a consultant in electronic payment systems for Atos Worldline in Germany, and subsequently Account Manager, and then Business Developer, for Siemens IT Solutions & Services and Atos in Luxembourg. He then became Business Developer for the Cronos group in Antwerp, specialising in e-Commerce solutions in the Dutch and German markets. Since 2016 he played a leading role in developing a start-up active on the French Home & Interiors market (B2C), before joining ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS end of 2019.
Thorough, determined and attentive to his clients’ needs, he combines commercial and managerial skills with IT know-how in order to build harmonious and lasting relationships with his clients and business partners.
