We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide an agile team in implementing the Scrum methodology. You will ensure the proper application of agile practices, coach the team, and help maximize project results while protecting the team from external distractions.
Job Description:
Project Follow-up:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.
- Assist the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog.
- Help the team deliver the Sprint Backlog and remove obstacles.
- Track team capacity and velocity metrics.
Methodology & Coaching:
- Coach the team to foster self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Remove barriers and protect the team from distractions.
- Promote agile methodology within the company.
- Manage project risks and issues.
Requirements:
Education & Certification:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Scrum Master Certification required.
Experience / Skills:
- Min. 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proficient in agile reporting tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience in the banking sector.
- Soft Skills:
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative approach, supporting the team in problem-solving.
Work Conditions:
- Remote Work: 50% on-site, 50% remote.
- Languages: English + Dutch/French (mandatory)
